How it works - Basic
ioX Sensors collects data in real-time from equipment, existing sensors/ systems and environment and transmits data to the ioX Gateway. The ioX Gateway sends sensor data to the ioX-Connect Online platform from where notifications are sent if any user set thresholds are exceeded and trends sensor data within the portal.
How it works - CMMS Integrated
The moment a sensor triggered alarm is generated in the ioX-Connect Online platform an event is pushed to the CMMS triggering a specified instruction to the nominated responsible person(s). The system can also be set up to record equipment meter readings such as running hours and push that into the CMMS in order to trigger a planned maintenance activity.
